Consultations

Consultations are by appointment only, please phone, or stop by the Veterinary Centre to book. If you think your pet may require an extended appointment, or you wish to see a particular vet, please mention this at the time of booking.

On arrival at the Veterinary Centre for your appointment, please check in with one of the reception team at the front desk to let us know that you have arrived.

You and your pet will be called into a private consultation room by the vet or one of our nursing team. The vet will then given your pet a full physical examination and discuss with you any problems or concerns.

The vet will then give you their recommendations for treatment and discuss any options with you. Following the consultation you will be provided with any medications prescribed, and a team member will ensure you are confident on how and when to adminster the medication.

The reception team will be able to make any follow up appointments required, as well as taking payment which can be by cash or most major credit and debit cards.

We always endeavour to keep to schedule as closely as possible, but emergencies can sometimes mean we are running later. We will always try to keep you informed if there is likely to be a delay, please let us know if you are unable to wait and one of the reception team will make you an alternative appointment.
